MORE than 250 people of all faiths gathered on Saturday at Sandhills Primary School, in Oxford, to celebrate the Hindu Holi festival, which marks the arrival of spring.
Padma Ramachandrappa, pictured, of Hollow Way, Cowley, said Hindus used bright beautiful colours to add life and vitality to the festival.
She said: “Colours represent spring so they are a big part of the celebration.”
