- Craig Evans, 18, of Larkhill Road, Abingdon, admitted driving without insurance and drink-driving in Hilliat Fields, Drayton, on January 2. Namely having 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £200, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Ordered to do 80 hours’ unpaid work and banned from driving for 20 months.
- John Fenn, 29, of Merritt Road, Didcot, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Didcot on November 5 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation.
- Maxwell Trengove, 29, of The Gap, Marcham, admitted assault by beating and two counts of obstructing or resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Marcham on November 14. Given a communitty order with a requirement to participate in a domestic-violence programme for 90 days and a supervision requirement. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation.
- Daniel Owen, 21, of Brent Avenue, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Grove Street, Wantage, on January 22. Namely having 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £312, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
- Mark Shaw, 45, of Saville Way, Grove, admitted drink-driving in Little Lane, Wantage, on January 19. Namely having 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £375, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
- Stephen Ashley, 25, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in Wimblestraw Road, Berinsfield, on January 25. Given 100 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for three months.
- Keiron Hassan, 23, of Denys Close, Dinas Powys, South Glamorgan, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Didcot on January 21. Fined £115, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £43 costs.
- Seyn Ismail, 31, of Queen Elizabeth Drive, Swindon, admitted driving without due care and attention on the A420 at Shrivenham on November 25. Fined £130, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Given six penalty points.
- James Kitson, 29, of Norwood Avenue, Southmoor, admitted being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle in Market Place, Faringdon, on December 4. Namely having 136 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Given 100 hours’ unpaid work, 10 penalty points and told to pay £85 costs.
- Andrew Leech, 27, of Ashdown Way, Grove, admitted using words or behaviour to cause a fear of unlawful violence in Grove on January 22. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30 costs.
- Lee North, 31, of Pudsey Close, Abingdon, admitted using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on the M65 at Burnley on March 2, 2010. Told to pay a £15 victim’s surcharge and £100 costs and given six penalty points.
- Leonard Rusher, 24, of Beaumont Court, Didcot, admitted shoplifting three eye shadows, two make-up brushes and a pair of tweezers to the value of £50.31 from Boots in Wantage on January 20. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
- Roy Smith, 31, of Bowmont Water, Didcot, admitted driving without due care and attention at the junction of Bowmont Water and Dart Drive, Didcot, on October 5. Fined £100, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Given four penalty points.
- Robert Stephenson, 25, of Ditton Park Road, Langley, Slough, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Abingdon on December 30. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.
- Gregory Barton, 37, of Littleworth Road, Benson, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on the A4074 at Benson on January 26. Given an 18-week jail term, suspended for two years, and told to do 300 hours’ unpaid work. Banned from driving for a year and told to pay £85 costs.
- Leon Billington, 57, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting seven cans of alcohol from B & M Retail in Limborough Road, Wantage, on January 25 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £50 and a £15 victim’s surcharge. Detained in the court house cells for the day.
- Richard Brazier, 66, of Main Street, Grendon Underwood, Aylesbury, admitted drink-driving in Mendip Height, Didcot, on January 6. Namely having 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £95, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £40 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
- Tanya McDonald, 39, of Kennet Close, Grove, admitted driving without due care and attention on the A417 at Denchworth on June 21. Fined £95, a £15 victim’s surcharge and £40 costs. Given five penalty points.
- Teresa Foley, 51, of Merritt Road, Didcot, admitted drink driving in Station Road, Didcot, on January 7. Namely having 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £250, a £15 victim's surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
