Bids are being invied for a new hotel development in Bicester. Part of the Kingsmere development, outline planning consent has been granted for the development of a hotel of between 60 and 100 bedrooms, with the opportunity for an additional restaurant/public house.
The hotel site will occupy a prominent corner position fronting the A41 which links the M40 motorway and the A34 with Bicester. The Kingsmere development is being carried out by Countryside Properties.
Paul Barrasford of Savills, who is marketing Kingsmere, said: “The wider development of the Kingsmere scheme will further bolster demand for hotel facilities from both leisure and commercial visitors to the area. We anticipate an extensive level of interest in this exciting opportunity and are asking parties to confirm expressions of interest at the earliest opportunity.”
