Daniel Woodward, 23, of Holton Turn, Holton, near Wheatley, admitted driving without due care and attention in Oxford Road, Horspath, on September 13. Fined £340, £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Given nine penalty points.
Jonathan Nurse, 21, of Lower Green, Towersey, admitted possession of 3.12g of ketamine (Class C) in Thame on December 18 and failing to surrender to court bail on February 9. Original offence of possession of ketamine resentenced. Given 70 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £65 costs.
Michael Hogan, 21, of Clarks Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of assault by beating and shoplifting perfume valued at £53.11 from Debenhams in Oxford on February 10. Also admitted failing to comply with a supervision order by commission of further offences. Sent to a young offender institution for 16 weeks.
Jago Turner, 19, of Beaulieu Close, Banbury, admitted breach of licence of a short-term prisoner and criminal damage to a window pane valued at £200 belonging to Oxfordshire Probation Service in Oxford on February 8. Told to pay £200 compensation and given three weeks in a young offender institution.
Carl Derbyshire, 37, of Atkinson Close, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend supervision on November 3. Given a three-week curfew and told to pay £25 costs.
Barry Pullen, 25, of Pound Field Close, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a suspended sentence by failing to attend supervision on November 30. Suspended sentence extended by two months and told to pay £25 costs.
Keith Brabbin, 46, of Town Farm Close, Lewknor, admitted assault by beating in Thame on January 30. Fined £580, £100 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Darren Briscoe, 43, of Swinbourne Road, Littlemore, admitted drink driving in Swinbourne Road on January 30. He had 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £25 costs. Banned from driving for two years.
Rachel Humphreys, 24, of Widmore Lane, Sonning Common, admitted drink driving in Lambridge Lane, Henley, on December 18. Had 181 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £290, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.
Richard Millward, 23, of Gainsborough Hill, Henley, admitted causing £176.25 of criminal damage to a window belonging to Barclays Bank in Henley on October 15. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £176.25 compensation and £25 costs.
Tracy Hickman, 45, of James Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting cosmetics and clothes valued at £6.20 from Tesco in Oxford on November 9. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £25 costs.
Derek Beattie, 43, of Colliers Road, Stirling, admitted assault by beating in Culham on July 25. Fined £420, £325 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Ian Clegg, 34, of Apley Way, Witney, admitted two counts of drink driving. Firstly in Ducklington Road, Witney, on New Year’s Eve with a reading of 119 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Secondly on the A34, Botley, on February 14, with a reading of 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
Daniel Smith, 21, of Leiden Road, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods (a phone sim card) between January 22 and 25, and failing to surrender to court bail on February 9. Fined £65, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.
Krzysztof Slawieniak, 34, of Avocet Way, Bicester, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Oxford on December 28. Fined £750, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs.
Sayfuldeen Naqadi, 19, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and drink driving on February 1 in Magdalen Street, Oxford. Had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £200, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
Lewis Steer, 20, of Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted breach of licence of a short-term prisoner by failing to attend probation appointments on January 7, 12, 19 and 20. Sent to a young offender institution for 20 days.
Sami Ahmad, 28, of Little Bury, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in Wheatley on November 13 and fraud by false representation on January 18, 2010, in Headington by telling Direct Line Insurance he had a full UK driving licence. Given six penalty points and an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.
Clifton Bullock, 57, of Harvest Way, Witney, admitted failing to attend a drug assessment following a test for Class A drugs in Oxford on January 7. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
Mongkhon Karaphannit, 31, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to attend a drug assessment on November 2; failing to answer bail on December 6; shoplifting seven bottles of aftershave valued at £373 from Boots in Oxford on November 22; and shoplifting a £43 perfume giftset from Boots in Oxford on November 24. Detained until the end of the day.
John Washington, 33, of Littlegate Street, Oxford, convicted of sending a communication conveying a threat on October 4 in Oxford. Fined £500, £15 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs.
