Didcot made it 11 out of 11 in the league with a comfortable win over Grove in very blustery conditions. James Pearson opened the scoring in the first game for Didcot and added a second shortly before half time. The second half was one way traffic, man of the match Declan Hargreaves fired just wide with a couple of chances before making it 3-0 after a fine through ball from Louie Bumpass. Tyler Brown made it 4-0 with a screamer from the edge of the box before Declan Hargreaves scored twice more to complete his hat trick, the second of the goals came after fine work from Jack Hooper. The first match finished 6-0.
The second game was a game of two halves due to the strong wind. Grove took the lead early on when Jonathon Varley latched onto a wind assisted goal kick to score. Didcot equalised shortly afterwards from a Ben Marshall deflected corner but Grove scored two more before half time through Kyle Crossley & a second from Jonathon Varley to give them a 3-1 lead at half time. Didcot, with the wind behind them scored three times in the second half, Josh Lyons nodded in from a corner and then scored a superb goal from a free kick to put Didcot back level at 3-3. Man of the match Joseph Madge drove Didcot on and with virtually the last kick of the game Jack White latched onto a through ball to score the winner. The game finished 4-3 to Didcot (10-3) on aggregate.
