Five hundred and fifty homes around Didcot are still without electricity after a power cut this morning.
Around 1,500 homes were initially affected when the power cut hit homes in Didcot and the surrounding villages at around 6am.
Southern Electric spokesman Sharon Miller McKenzie said it had engineers on the scene 20 minutes after the power cut was first reported.
She said homes in the villages of East Hagbourne, South Moreton, Upton and Chilton are expected to have their power restored by 10am.
