Chiltern Railways is again running a reduced special timetable from Bicester North and Banbury stations today to London Marylebone and Birmingham because of the freezing conditions.
After 8am the operator is running just one train an hour from Bicester to Birmingham and London instead of the usual two an hour.
Chiltern Railways is also warning commuters that trains are likely to be overcrowded as peak-time trains will be both less frequent and shorter than usual.
During the special timetable trains departing from Bicester North and Banbury to Birmingham will not serve Stratford-upon-Avon, Wilmcote, Bearley, Claverdon and passengers will need to change trains at Birmingham Moor station.
The operator has said the same service is set to remain in place for tomorrrow.
