First Great Western has again cancelled all high speed services to London Paddington today but is offering two stopping trains an hour to the capital instead.
Departures from Oxford will leave at 7 minutes and 37 minutes past the hour.
Services on the Cotswold line terminating at Great Malvern are running as normal.
However the operator has also cancelled two trains of its four trains running from London Paddington to Cardiff via Didcot every hour.
First Great Western spokesman Dan Panes said passengers should expect some delays throughout the day because of the freezing temperatures.
