Two vehicles crashed into a jack-knifed lorry close to junction 10 of the M40 near Ardley in the early hours of this morning.
A six-wheel articulated lorry jack-knifed after skidding on black ice at about 1.24am.
A van and a people carrier then collided with the lorry.
No-one was injured but the M40 was closed northbound at junction 10 for about three hours.
A car was also involved in an accident on the M40 northbound between junctions 9 and 10 at about 1.50am after it also skidded on ice.
