Jailed for eight weeks due to previous record.
David Harris, 33, of Pangbourne, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on October 23. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Jordan Higham, 20, of no fixed address, admitted making off without payment for £40.01p of petrol in Wheatley on July 16 and breaching his prison licence. Fined £40, £20 costs and £40.01p compensation.
Lee Bennett, 31, of Harrowby Road, Banbury, admitted theft of a wallet in Oxford on July 27 and attempting to shoplift chocolate valued at £24.04p from Tesco in Oxford on September 30. Jailed for two weeks due to previous record.
Calvin Holmes, 26, of Risinghurst Close, Risinghurst, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order by failing to report to supervision on October 13. Jailed for six weeks.
Carly Billingham, 20, of Cherry Close, Oxford, admitted fraud by false representation in Chalgrove on June 24 by using a Post Office card without permission to make a gain of £200. Given 12 months’ supervision, a Thinking Skills requirement and 20 days’ employment, training and education. Also told to pay £200 compensation.
Michael Aspinall, 19, of Malford Road, Oxford, admitted being carried in a motor vehicle taken without consent in Oxford on May 27. Given a two-month curfew and told to pay £60 costs.
Robert Devlin, 30, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Worcester Street, Oxford, on October 24. Namely having 62 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £1,000, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
Philip Ashworth, 25, of St Nicholas Road, Littlemore, admitted harassment without violence in Oxford between June 4 and June 14 and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on June 4. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and a restraining order.
Samual Jackson, 30, of Falcon Close, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Long Lane, Littlemore, on September 21. Jailed for 14 days due to previous record and “flagrant disregard for court orders”. Banned from driving for a year.
Dean Anderson, 44, from Eastleigh, Hampshire, admitted drink driving in St Margaret’s Road, Oxford, on September 18. Namely having 93 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Above the legal limit of 35mg. Given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and 18 months’ supervision. Told to pay £85 costs and banned from driving for three years.
Jonathan Beames, 29, of Burton Close, Abingdon, admitted two counts of harassment/breach of a restraining order between April 19 and September 20 in Oxford. Given 24 months’ supervision with a requirement to attend a domestic-violence programme.
Craig Hanley, 21, of Stockley Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of possession of cannabis (Class B) and possession of a knife (“a large machete”) in Headley Way, Oxford, on January 27. Given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for a year, and 12 months’ supervision with a two-month curfew. Also told to pay £50 costs.
Tina McDonagh, 26, of Samphire Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting 12 items of baby clothing valued at £88.88 from TK Maxx in Oxford on August 21. Told to do 40 hours’ unpaid work and pay £40 costs.
Sarfraz Nawaz, 29, of Netherwoods Road, Oxford, admitted possession of 0.847g of cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on March 25. Given 12 months’ supervision and told to do 120 hours’ unpaid work. Also told to pay £50 costs.
Maria Bicknell, 33, from Reading, admitted shoplifting cosmetics valued at £102.18 from Boots in Wallingford on September 18 and failure to surrender to court bail on October 5 and 28. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Craig Avery, 22, of Van Diemans Road, Thame, admitted drink driving in Thame, on September 27. Namely having 104 miligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Above the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving ban for 16 months.
Karim Louis Azzary, 25, from Centreville, Virginia, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while drunk in Park End Street, Oxford, on November 8. Namely having 97 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £200, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Driving ban for six months.
Matthew Chalmers, 25, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Abingdon on October 28 and on November 4. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
