Headington-based estate agent Scottfraser beat more than 4,000 local and national competitors to take silver and bronze in the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
The awards, judged by the Property Ombudsman and announced last week named the London Road branch runner-up in the Best South East Individual Estate Agency and third in the Best UK use of Technology and Online categories.
The judges commented: “Focus at scottfraser is on high quality, value added service to create what the staff call ‘the scottfraser experience’.
“Completely confident in the service they offer, clients aren’t tied into a contract – if they aren’t happy at any point they can walk away.
“This self belief has led to excellent repeat business levels and the team continue to work hard to ensure a smooth handover and initial move for both vendor and purchaser.
“Every aspect of their technology usage is considered in terms of customer experience and is impressive for an agency of their size.”
David Blythman, managing director of Scottfraser’s Headington branch, said: “As the only independent estate agency in Oxford to win at the awards in 2010, we are understandably very proud.”
