I totally agree with Simon Hammond (ViewPoints, December 1) that there are not enough deterrents to stop cyclists breaking the law, and putting motorists at risk of getting their cars kicked or worse, because a cyclist doesn’t like being told that they should have lights.
They also don’t like it being pointed out that they have jumped a red traffic light and caused you to swerve in order to save their lives.
It’s a pity they don’t have their bikes taken away and sold to pay for their silliness.
