The streets of Abingdon will be lined with hundreds of townsfolk tomorrow as soldiers march through the town in a homecoming parade.
About 320 soldiers from the Dalton Barracks-based 12 Logistic Support Regiment will march through the town before speeches and medal presentations in the Market Place.
The troops, who recently returned from Afghanistan, will receive campaign medals from dignitaries.
The parade starts in Ock Street at 10.30am and moves along High Street to the Market Place for the presentation service, before continuing to St Helen’s Church for a private thanksgiving service.
