Mark Payne
A man found “waiting to die” by the Oxford Canal last week has been temporarily rehomed.
Mark Payne, whose plight was featured in the Oxford Mail on Saturday, November 27, was moved to Fewcott House Care Home, near Bicester, for almost a week.
The 51-year-old was re-homed after police and Oxfordshire County Council’s social services stepped in to help the paraplegic.
