THESE three suspects certainly do not look like Santa’s little helpers.
They were caught on CCTV stealing computer games from Tesco in Abingdon.
The trio are behind the third window in the Oxford Mail’s Badvent Calendar, a criminal countdown where every day we unveil another of Oxfordshire’s wanted criminal suspects until Christmas Day.
However, the men forgot they were being filmed on CCTV as they made off with Xbox and PlayStation games worth £320 from the Marcham Road supermarket on November 4.
Now it looks like they are more likely to receive a visit from a Thames Valley Police officer rather than Santa.
Pc James Cartwright said: “These three lads entered into the store shortly after 11.30am. Security staff at the store became suspicious of their behaviour and they went to check on them, but they left the store.
“It was then found that they had forced open the security cases and stolen the games from inside.
“Shoplifting impacts on everyone as stores are forced to increase prices to cover the cost to them, therefore it is in everyone’s interest to ensure those who carry out this sort of crime are brought before the courts.
“Do you recognise these men? If you have then I would urge you to contact us as soon as possible.”
