A 17-year-old boy has been charged with manslaughter following the death of an Oxford University kitchen porter.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Oxford Youth Court on Wednesday, December 8.
The charge relates to the death of 56-year-old David Cox, of Asquith Road, Rose Hill, who was found unconscious off Ashurst Way in the early hours of Saturday, June 26.
Mr Cox died about 12 hours later at Oxford’s John Radcliffe hospital.
