A 21-year-old man yesterday admitted to possession of a firearm and possession of class-A drugs with intent to supply at Oxford Crown Court.
Lloyd Beddoe, of Sutton Road, Northway, Oxford, was arrested on June 6 in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, after making off from Police Community Support Officers who were performing a stop-check.
Officers were subsequently sent to the scene and Beddoe was arrested shortly afterwards.
He was found to be in possession of a hand gun that had been converted from a blank firing pistol, 49g of heroin and 2g of crack cocaine.
Beddoe has been remanded to appear back at Oxford Crown Court on January 10, 2011, for sentencing.
