ORGANISERS of the Game Fair certainly seem to be trying to avoid a repetition of the traffic chaos that brought much of the county to a standstill last time it was held at Blenheim Palace.
That Friday was a nightmare and cannot be repeated, no matter how many millions the fair brings to the Oxfordshire economy.
Plans like changing the layout on the A44 and getting exhibitors in early show preparations are a lot more thorough than recruiting a few men in high-viz jackets to wave their arms at the traffic.
