A TRIO of masked men who burst into a flat and attacked three other men have been jailed for a total of 17 years.
Harley Davidson, Peter Grundy and Sean Tuffy were part of a group of five men who carried out the attack in response to the victims’ antisocial behaviour, Oxford Crown Court heard yesterday.
The trio were convicted of aggravated burglary, GBH with intent on Carl Hall and ABH on Robert and Lee McCorrisken.
Mr Hall suffered a broken leg.
Jurors heard the attack in Sutton Courtenay, near Didcot, on April 17 was sparked by the McCorriskens’ anti-social behaviour.
Judge King said Mr Hall, who was pinned to a bed and hit with the bat, just happened to be at the address when the three men, all of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, arrived.
Davidson and Tuffy were jailed for six years and Grundy got five years.
