A show home at new development Malthouse Farm in Brighthampton opens this weekend.
The one-, four- and five-bedroom houses are arranged around a gated courtyard and built in a number of different finishes such as rustic stone and timber.
The homes are in the former grounds of Malthouse Farm, once owned by William the Conqueror’s half brother Odo, the Bishop of Bayeux who is believed to have commissioned the town’s famous tapestry.
Energy-saving features include air source heat pumps for hot water and heating, energy efficient lighting, double-glazed timber windows and high-grade thermal insulation.
Prices start from £595,000 for a four-bedroom home, £640,000 for a five bedroom and £185,000 for a one-bedroom cottage.
The show home is open from 10am to 4pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday November 26 – 28.
After the weekend, it will open Friday to Monday, 10am to 4pm. For more information, contact agents Carter Jonas on 01865 511444 or visit carterjonas.co.uk.
