Tobias Bruce, 18, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted possession of one cannabis cigarette (Class B) in Cowley on July 17. Fined £75, £80 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Mihaela Sapunaru, 31, of Fossborough Road, Lewisham, admitted shoplifting five bottles of spirits valued at £84 from Asda in Wheatley on October 22. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.
Andre Allen, 18, of Chillingworth Crescent, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on October 12. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Elton Balla, 29, of Pound Way, Oxford, admitted possessing a false document, namely a false Norwegian passport in Oxford on October 4. Given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. Also given a three-month curfew and 12 months’ supervision.
Callum Hart, 19, of Townsend Square, Oxford, admitted making off without payment of £53.47 of unleaded petrol in Oxford on December 27. Fined £60, £26.75 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Robert Marsh, 30, of Rainham Road, Kensal Green, London, convicted of throwing, leaving or depositing litter in Queen Street on February 17, namely a cigarette butt.
Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.
Matthew Farnell, 32, of Barracks Lane, Oxford, convicted of going equipped for theft in Oxford on May 7. Namely having a scewdriver, chisel, adjustable spanner, gloves, torch and black bin liner. Given a 16-week curfew and told to pay £500 costs.
Sonny Lindo, 26, of Walton Well Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, on April 2. Given a 12-week curfew, 80 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs.
Martyn Appleby, 22, of Brook Street, Benson, convicted of failing to identify a driver in regard to a parking offence in Thame on July 19.
Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £70 costs.
Dennis Head, 60, of Edgeworth Drive, Carterton, admitted producing or furnishing a false statement or representation to obtain social security benefit, namely failing to declare that he was working. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, and told to pay £100 costs.
Annette Powell, 45, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted three counts of failing to notify of a change in circumstances affecting her entitlement to benefit, namely that she had been living with her husband. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Shane Bishop, 26, of Blossoms Glade, Radley, admitted attempted burglary of Oxfordshire Association for the Blind in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on October 10. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.
James Clisby-Sayer, 21, of Ridgewood, Hambleden, Henley, admitted drink-driving in New Street, Henley, on October 10. He had 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £150, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
Hugh Collins, 29, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence in Oxford on October 8. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Jaroslaw Krzywacki, 34, of Cavendish Drive, Marston, Oxford, attempted harassment/breach of a restraining order between October 22 and 24 in Oxford. Given a two-month prison sentence, suspended for a year. Also given 12 months’ supervision and told to pay £50 costs.
David Halsall, 44, of The Laurels, Great Coxwell, convicted of drink-driving in Market Place, Faringdon, on May 3. He had 70 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £300, £300 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 22 months.
John Brown, 22, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in George Street, Oxford, on October 16, and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £120 and £15 victims’ surcharge.
Julian Cottam, 51, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two pairs of trousers valued at £64.50 from Marks & Spencer in Oxford on October 15. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.
Kyle Smith, 22, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted possession of a fighting dog, namely a pitbull terrier, in Oxford on April 17. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £100 costs and £150 compensation. Dog to be destroyed unless exemption obtained within two months.
Daniel Ryan, 23, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on September 24. Fined £100, £75 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.
Bradley Fine, 24, of Essex Street, Oxford, admitted assault by beating on July 17 in Oxford.
He was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to do 100 hours’ unpaid work and pay £200 costs.
