A 49-year-old man has been bailed after denying breaching his asbo.
Leslie Belcher, of Magdalen Road, East Oxford, appeared via a video link at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He was given a two-year asbo on October 15 preventing him from drinking or possessing alcohol in public with the Oxford ring road.
He denies breaching it on November 3 and 7 and was bailed on the condition he does not leave his house at weekends unless accompanied by a family member.
He is due to stand trial on December 3.
