Within five minutes Cholsey Bluebird’s Freddie Wilkinson found the back of Garsington’s net on a counter attack. A minute later strong tackling and quick passing between Cholsey’s forwards allowed Tyler Cheadle to score their second goal. Continued Cholsey pressure created two more goals by Freddie Wilkinson and Joe Richardson. In the 12th minute Garsington gave a penalty away but it was missed by Cholsey. Garsington rallied and attacked; the first was smothered by William Thomas and Dylan Few in defence; the second hit the side of Cholsey’s net. A stretched Garsington allowed Tyler Cheadle to score just before half time. Cholsey continued to stretch Garsington in the second half; their keeper defended excellently to frustrate a number of Cholsey’s attacks.
Joe Richardson was Cholsey Bluebird’s man of the match.
