SO the speed cameras are being brought back into use.
It seemed odd to me when I read in the Oxford Mail that the police are putting up most of the money.
Where are the police getting the money from?
They have to get rid of some of their officers due to the cutbacks.
It seems to me that if they still have money to help the council with funding for cameras, then their cutbacks were justified.
If it’s so dangerous not to have the cameras on, how come they are not going to be turned on again until next April?
Perhaps the police and councils are getting together to go carol singing this year.
