Two major lettings have been achieved at a Banbury office development. PDP Management Services has taken 3,610 sq ft of space at Blenheim Court (pictured) while IT training firm Zenos has snapped up a further 3,600 sq ft.
PDP, which specialises in arrears management, has taken two suites at the town centre site which agents White Commercial Surveyors describe as “one of the best specified office buildings in North Oxfordshire.”
Blenheim Court, owned by Threadneedle Properties, provides highly-specified office accommodation including raised full access floors and full air conditioning.
Chris White, of agent White Commercial Surveyors, said: “We are seeing a rapid take-up of existing office stock in and along the M40 motorway.
“There are a number of successful companies looking to expand or restructure their current property requirements, benefiting from economic rentals and flexible leases currently being offered by landlords.”
White Commercial is also marketing some additional offices in the scheme currently occupied by Remploy, and further suites can be made available from approximately 3,500 to 12,000 sq ft.
