Police today released a YouTube film as they continue to appeal for help to trace a man wanted in connection with a rape in Oxford.
The victim said: “This assault has changed my life. I don’t’ want him to change anyone else’s.
"He needs to be caught before he can hurt anyone else like he has hurt me.”
Det Insp Simon Morton, leading the investigation, said: “On Saturday it will have been three weeks since this horrific incident happened and we need to catch whoever is responsible.
“The victim has bravely given us an account of how this attack is destroying her life and we need anyone with any information, no matter how insignificant you believe it to be, to come forward and talk to us.
“I want everyone who was out in Oxford on the night to think back about who they saw. Do you recognise the man in the CCTV, did you see the woman in Anubar of The Bridge?
“I am adamant that there is someone who knows what happened and we need them to come forward as soon as possible.”
The victim, a 19-year-old woman, met a black man, aged in his twenties, in Anubar in Park End Street. They then went to the Bridge nightclub and were seen leaving at about 3am on Saturday, October 23.
The offender was about 5ft 8in, with short dark hair and possibly has a moustache. He was wearing a light-coloured, long-sleeved hooded top, jeans and trainers.
The victim is white, 5ft 8in, of medium build, with distinctive blonde hair and was wearing a pink sleeveless top with ruffles on the front, black leggings and black boots.
Det Insp Morton added: “After they left the nightclub it is possible that they went to a car where the woman was raped, possibly some time between 3am and 5am.
“This is a horribly distressing incident which has left the woman scared and shaken. We need to ensure whoever did this is held responsible for their actions.”
