Lettings agent College & County is moving from its St Clements office to another next door.
From November 17, the company’s new address will be 9-10, St Clements but all telephone numbers and other contact details will be the same.
Jane Foster, of College & County, said: “We are literally moving next door from number 11 to number 9-10 but our new premises are three times as big. We have to move because we have run out of space."
Ms Foster said the company will be taking on extra staff but is not sure how many.
