Rileys C remain on course for the Greene King ODDA Summer League and Seven-a-side Cup double – but only just.
The Premier Division champions were given a scare at Masons Arms A before inching home 4-3 in the cup thanks to Jon Jukes’s last-frame win.
Cowley Workers booked their place in the last eight with victory at Prince of Wales, while Chequers A and B are also through after b eating Masons B and Vikings B respectively.
The Angel overcame Three Horseshoes and Peachcroft defeated hosts George Bar to complete the quarter-final line -up at Marston RBL on Tuesday, November 2 (8.30 pm).
The quarter-finals of the Ladies Seven-a-side Cup have been completed and Premier League champs Florence Park Community Centre A booked their place in the last four with a 5-2 victory over Section 3 winners Prince of Wales.
Nuffield Bar stayed on course to retain their crown by beating Blackbird Bar, while Team Berry defeated Butchers Arms 4-2 and East Oxford Conservative Club saw off Gladiators A.
The semi-finals are at Donnington Community Centre on Wednesday, November 3 (8.30pm).
* The new ODDA Winter League season starts on Tuesday and Wednesday November 9 and 10.
All teams should collect fixture lists from the Three Horseshoes, Old Marston, on Monday, November 1 from 7.30-9.30pm.
