WHATEVER the success of Anthony Durkin’s scheme to provide a new patient transport scheme on the back of an appeal to the public, we hope today’s story about confusion with the current Thames Valley Air Ambulance service will make people stop and think when they make donations.
The Air Ambulance believes the public are confused into thinking it will benefit when asked to donate to Mr Durkin’s company.
It is not for us to advocate what cause anyone chooses to support.
But, like any appeal, it is important to read the small print so your money goes where you wanted it to.
