Simon Burnett, from Tetsworth, won silver in the 100m freestyle final at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
Burnett finished just behind Canada's Brent Hayden, who broke the Games record in 47.98 secs. Burnett said: "I don't know how it unfolded, I knew I was in a fantastic spot. Brent is the best guy in their at the moment. "I just tried to focus on my own race at the turn. I just wanted to hold it together."
