Two teenagers are fighting for their lives after a car smash on Friday night, police said.
A red Fiat Punto crashed into a ditch Cuddesdon Road in Horspath, pictured, before hitting a brick footbridge at about 8.30pm.
Two people in the car were cut free and all five male occupants were taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital.
The 19-year-old driver and a 17-year-old back sear passenger are in a critical condition with life threatening injuries.
Another 19-year-old is in a critical condition and a 17-year-old has serious injuries and is in a stable condition.
The 19-year-old front seat passenger had minor injuries was discharged.
The road was closed for several hours. Witnesses should called Sgt Pete Jell on 08458 505505.
