The six-a-side team with teacher Max Eason
THESE are the boys who represented Wheatley Primary School in a six-a-side tournament in about 1970.
The players include Paul Mason, Philip Manger, Terrance Blake and Nigel Samuels. Can anyone identify the other two?
The pictures come from Barbara Manger, of Exeter, daughter of Stewart Jacobs, long-serving secretary of the Oxfordshire Football Association.
She writes: “The teacher in the picture is Max Eason, well known to all cricket fans for his devotion to Horspath Cricket Club.”
