A GIANT outdoor gym will be installed in Oxford to inspire residents to get involved in sport.
The free facility, part of London 2012 Olympic events, will be created in Marston next month and will be open for a year.
It will include a basketball, football and tennis area, a climbing wall, an outdoor gym and an open area to encourage dance, aerobics and gymnastics.
The adiZone at Court Place Farm, one of a number around the country designed and developed by London 2012 sponsor Adidas, will measure 625 square metres.
Oxford City Council secured funding to install the venue.
Local coaches will be invited to attend the site, to spot talent and encourage young people to join clubs and sporting organisations.
