I HAVE just received my three plastic bins, with which I presume all of the White Horse district will be issued.
I would like to know just how much this is costing.
We have holes in the roads which have never been repaired, and weeds growing in the gutters on roads that need relaying, schools needing repairs and many other projects this money could be used on.
I think these bins are a complete waste of money.
What about people who have small back gardens or no gardens at all?
Do they put them on the street, making the area look run-down and untidy?
I don’t think the White Horse District Council have thought this issue through, like a lot of other things which have gone by the wayside.
