A SERIAL flasher who was spared jail for exposure committed an almost identical crime three days later.
John Bustin was given a two-year supervision order by Judge Julian Hall at Oxford Crown Court on a Friday, but offended again in Cowley the following Monday.
At his initial sentencing on September 10, Judge Julian Hall said: “I think it’s time the courts tried once again to see if you can’t be helped to behave in a more stable way.”
But three days later, Bustin exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of a 37-year-old woman and her grown-up daughter. The 45-year-old, of Coleridge Close, Cowley, was wearing just his socks and shoes at the time, Oxford Crown Court.
Judge Hall deferred sentencing for four weeks to see if Bustin could again behave. He told him: “You must keep your clothes on.”
