Three professional departments at Oxford-based property consultants Savills have gained a further team member.

Charmaine Williams has rejoined the development and valuation team in Oxford, where she started her career in 2002, after working for Savills in London and Milton Keynes, where she helped establish and lead the valuation department.

Katy Strutt, an urban design graduate from Reading and Oxford Brookes Universities, has joined Savills Planning and Urban Design team from Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.

And Daniel Paine is the newest member of Savills Rural team in Oxford, where he is working as a trainee surveyor, having graduated with a BA in Land Economy from Cambridge University.
