After shopping in Oxford on Saturday morning, we were leaving Seacourt Park & Ride, and while waiting at the traffic lights to turn into Botley Road I suddenly experienced sudden and severe back pain.
It resulted in me having to rapidly get out of the car.
Having stumbled to the side of road, I clung to a lamppost outside the Mazda garage, still in severe pain, wondering quite what I was going to do.
Shortly after, a black car pulled up, and a couple asked if I was okay, and whether there was anything they could do to assist.
An ambulance was then called, which took me home to recover.
I would like to say a big thank you to the couple for their kindness, concern and assistance.
I would also like to thank the paramedics for their prompt arrival, and for getting me safely home.
