Breezy conditions led to some disjointed football from both sides, although full effort was given by all.
The pick of the passing football came from Quarry's Jack Rollins and Michael Njuguna who linked well throughout the game. Frank O'Brien made life difficult for the Marston defence with strong runs in the first half and Quarry skipper Alex Epelle was always a threat. Half time 1-0 to Quarry with Alex Epelle's goal.
William Davies came out of the Quarry goal at half time and scored a super goal in the top corner from distance. Ivan Trofimov was at the heart of most of the battling play and made many strong runs forward. The other Quarry goals came from Luke Hudson, Sean Rounding and Ben Smith with an unfortunate own goal from an attempted clearance by a Marston player.
Well done both teams, but final score Quarry 6 Marston 0.
