OXFORD City Council too finds itself with questions to answer, over its handling of Peter Headicar’s report into how its housing and job plans would affect our roads.
Mr Headicar says building north of the city would be detrimental to the roads and, because his report shone a negative light on the Northern Gateway plans, it was shelved.
If we are to have a balanced debate on how this city progresses, it should not be left to Mr Headicar to attend a public meeting to get his findings into the public arena.
It smacks of a deliberate and cynical cover up and whoever ordered it should be ashamed of themselves
