Police are appealing for information after three burglaries in South Oxfordshire over the weekend which are believed to be linked.
A house was broken into in Mead Walk, Didcot, on Sunday night and a blue Ford Ka was stolen from the drive, along with a handbag.
A house was also broken into overnight in Nuns Acre, Goring, where thieves stole a number of items, including laptops, a camera and a wallet.
Some time between 11am on Thursday and 10.30am on Saturday, offenders forced their way into an address in Cromwell Road, Henley, and a blue Mercedes, jewellery and computer equipment.
Det Sgt Mark Brashaw said: “We believe all three burglaries are linked.
“I appeal to anyone who may have seen people acting suspiciously in any of these places to contact police immediately.
“I ask residents to make sure they take their car keys to bed with them and put them in a safe place to prevent themselves from becoming a victim of this type of crime.”
Anyone with information that could assist police enquiries is urged to contact Det Sgt Brashaw via Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you don’t want to speak to police and don’t want to leave your name contact the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
