THE Pegasus Theatre has finally reopened after a £7.4m rebuild.
And, if first impressions are anything to go by, it is worth every penny.
The project was the result of a 15-year dream to create a top-notch arts centre in East Oxford.
What is particularly heartwarming, is that it is not just a venue for high-flying visiting professionals, but aimed squarely at our youngsters to hone their skills as actors, dancers and stage-hands.
Well done to all involved for a fabulous project – one which the whole county should feel proud of.
