FOUR men who brawled outside a nightclub have walked free from court.
Krzysztof Bugno, 29, Radoslaw Pajecki, 25, and Marcin Murawski, 25, all previously admitted affray outside the Chicago Rock Cafe in Banbury on February 7.
Stuart Pym, 20, admitted common assault after punching Pc Tony Francis in the chest in the same incident at 12.05am.
The three men who admitted affray, all of West Street, Banbury, were given three months in prison, suspended for a year, and told to do 125 hours’ unpaid work and pay £450 costs each.
Pym, of Austen Walk, Bicester, was fined £450, with a £15 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs.
