NICOLETTA Vizi suffered many indignities during her 19 years, growing up as an orphan in Romania.
She suffered a badly deformed leg — possibly because it would draw sympathy if she was begging on the streets — and has been trying for 10 years to get the Romanian Government to pay for surgery.
Now Oxford surgeons Rachel Buckingham and Andy Wainwright have stepped in to help, hopefully that will restore Nicoletta’s faith in humanity.
