Oxfordshire County Council says it has no plans to charge people to park at work.

A number of councils, including Leeds, York and Bristol, have expressed an interest in charging employers who offer workplace car parking.

Oxfordshire County Council had considered the idea in the past but spokesman Marcus Mabberley said: “We have no current plans to introduce a workplace parking levy.”
