Julian Foster, site manager at the Taylor Wimpey Midlands Bloxham Meadows development in Bloxham has scooped a prestigious housing award.
Mr Foster was chosen from thousands of entries to be awarded a National Housebuilding Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Award.
The accolade recognises his commitment to managing his site to an exceptional standard.
Mr Foster has been a site manager for the past 14 years after joining Taylor Wimpey as a deputy site manager in 1993.
This is the eighth NHBC award he has taken home in recognition of his outstanding work.
He said: “This award is a testament to the continued hard work and dedication of the whole team at Bloxham Meadows.
"It is satisfying to be recognised and rewarded by those within the industry.”
The Pride in the Job awards are presented following stringent judging by NHBC inspectors, who perform spot checks on developments throughout the year.
