Three men and a woman were arrested in Bicester on Sunday afternoon on suspicion of possession of class-A drugs with intent to supply and affray.
The three men, aged 23, 33 and 45, and the woman, aged 18, were arrested shortly after 1pm in Hamilton Close following reports of a disturbance.
Officers carried out a search and found a large quantity of what is thought to be class-A drugs, namely crack cocaine, and more than £1,000 in cash.
The four have been bailed to appear at Banbury Police Station on September 27.
Terence O’Neill, 45, of Hamilton Close, Bicester, was also charged with two counts of possessing a bladed article and section four of the Public Order Act, using threatening behaviour.
He was remanded in police custody to appear before Banbury Magistrates’ Court today.
Det Sgt Craig Kirby said: “Thames Valley Police is committed to tackling drugs and the associated anti-social behaviour.
“These arrests came as a direct result of the community contacting us and providing vital information needed to tackle these types of offences.”
