YOU very kindly published an excellent article about the work done by the Rose Hill and Donnington Advice Centre (Oxford Mail, July 31).
You reported that we saved our clients £115,000 last year but in fact our achievements are even greater than that.
Our last full year records show that we helped our clients to access an extra £89,378 in benefits and charity grants and to write off debts of £72,244, making a grand total of £161,622.
You say we are “worth every penny”.
This makes the point even more strongly.
We look forward with pleasure to a considered response from the county council.
