OXFORD l Piotr Koslowski, 28, of Sherwood Place, Headington, admitted drink driving in Windmill Road, Headington, on June 17. Found to have 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned from driving for 30 months, fined £500, ordered to pay £50 costs and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Aaron Kitney, 21, of Nettlebed Mead, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to a door handle to the value of £150. Given an 18 month conditional discharge .

Wayne Brain, 35, of Mill Lane, Upper Heyford, Bicester. Admitted driving while disqualified and using a car without third party insurance in Baynards Green, Bicester, on February 12. Jailed for 16 weeks and banned from driving for 24 months.

Michael Elliot, 40, of Bronte’s Guest House, Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Eaton Road, Cumnor, on June 26. Found to have 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £125 and ordered to pay £40 costs and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Debbie Frith, 31, of Sturges Close, Headington, found guilty of possession of heroin in Oxford on July 1. Fined £50, ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Barry Horwood, 35, of Fettiplace Road, Headington, admitted possession of cannabis, in Oxford on July 1. Fined £25, ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Thomas Franklin, 20, of Westbury Crescent, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Rosehill Road, Oxford on July 1. Found to have 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres. Banned from driving for 20 months, fined £7375, ordered to pay £85 costs and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Patrick Smyth, 48, of Henley Street, Oxford admitted using threatening words and, or, behaviour to cause harassment alarm or distress in Oxford on June 30. Fined £100, ordered to pay £35 costs and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

James Howkins, 25, Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to stay for the duration of a drug assessment in Oxford on June 7. Fined £50, ordered to pay £85 costs and a victims’ surcharge of £15. Also failed to surrender to police court bail on July 9. Fined £100.

Simon Fox, 42, of Park End Street, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Abingdon on September, 28. Fined £75, ordered to pay costs of £15 and costs of £100. Also admitted using threatening words and, or, behaviour in Abingdon on September, 28. Fined £75.

Connor Slamon, 42, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Oxford on June 23. Fined £50. Also admitted using threatening words and, or, behaviour in Oxford on July 1 and July 9. Fined £100.

Trevor Bulgin, 25, of Wimblestraw Road, Berinsfield, Wallingford, admitted assault in Berinsfield on May, 16. Given a community order to carry out 200 hours unpaid work for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £150 compensation and £620 costs. Also admitted criminal damage to property of an unknown value. Ordered to pay £666.83 compensation.

Phillip Newport, 21, of John Buchan Road, Headington, admitted stealing a sandwich, eight cans of Carlsberg beer, and a bottle of Lucozade to the value of £9.79 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford. Also admitted commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a community order to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months, and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Shaun Stevenson, 22, of Hockmore Tower, Pound Way, Oxford, admitted stealing a child’s play pen to the value of £80 in Oxford on April 29. Given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Mairi James, 45, of Southfield Park, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Oxford on June 26. Also admitted commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Lewis Felton, 20, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on April 13, by failing to turn up for unpaid work on Sunday June 20.

Order varied, 10 hours of unpaid work added, and ordered to pay £50 costs.

Thomas Foster, 19, of Minchery Road, Littlemore, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 3, by failing to attend a supervision appointment on 17 June. Ordered to pay £50 costs and original offence resentenced. Given a 12 week sentence suspended for 12 months.

Zygmunt Kulbicki, 44, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 17, by failing to attend unpaid work on June 6. Order varied – to work a further 20 hours unpaid. Ordered to pay £25 costs.
