But hasn’t the Con-Dem coalition suggested that they wait to see what the public say they want, and don’t want, to be cut before making this kind of decision?

Regardless of the pros and cons of bus passes, they also promised a new kind of consultative government. It’s a good job we in UKIP didn’t believe them, otherwise we would have been left feeling disappointed.
