Police are appealing for help to trace a missing man from Berinsfield.
Derek Taphouse, 52, was last seen when he left his home address in Evenlode Drive on Monday, July 26, and has not been in contact with his family since.
Mr Taphouse is white, 5ft 5in tall, slim, with grey shoulder-length hair.
Denise Trafford, missing person coordinator for Oxfordshire, said: “Derek is diabetic and we are concerned he may be without his medication.
“I would urge anyone who has seen Derek or spoken to him, to contact Thames Valley Police as soon as possible.
“I would also appeal to Derek to contact either his family or Thames Valley Police to let us know that he is safe.”
